Shaklee MLM Home Business - Grandfather of All MLM Companies

Does anyone here remember the health movement back in the 70's - when most of those "in-the-know" were using Shaklee products?

Shaklee was founded in 1956 by Dr. Forest Shaklee along with his sons. Shaklee was founded with the mission of making people and the planet healthier, values which are more relevant now than ever before," said Shaklee CEO Roger Barnett. It is this innovative approach to business that has made Shaklee the environmental pioneer that it is today." Among other achievements in 2007, Shaklee partnered with Millennium Promise to facilitate direct emissions reductions by providing sustainable solar energy to electrify villages in Malawi, was selected by the nation's leading child advocacy group, Healthy Child Healthy World, as the exclusive partner for a new video titled, "Creating Healthy Environments for Children" starring actress Amy Brenneman, and was awarded the Global Green USA Organizational Design Award for outstanding leadership in spreading the message of improving the health of the planet through its network of more than 750,000 members and distributors.

Shaklee was an incredible visionary because not only is the product positioning and philosophy, which is exactly what he set up 50 years ago, so on target today, it's even more relevant today than it was then. The form of having a distributed model of distribution was so far advanced and ahead of it's time, it's mind-blowing. Shaklee was a proponent for natural methods of healing and also was a strong believer in environmental issues. Shaklee is one of the most recognizable names in network marketing. Shaklee was the first company in the world certified Climate Neutral, they have products that are green seal certified and also Kosher Certified. These are not easy certifications to come by.

The network marketing industry today is almost a 100 Billion dollar industry worldwide. The industry owes this to the pioneers who legitimized this industry which, Shaklee was a part of.

Shaklee MLM home business can be lucrative if someone knows how to market effectively. It is certainly not a scam, but like any business, success will be determined by the skill-set of the marketer. The potential to grow a huge business is there, just not with outdated marketing techniques.

Like any other network marketing company, it requires large numbers of people to create success, so if someone does not have the first clue on how to market effectively, then I would suggest they either learn the skills to be an effective marketer, or else just use the products and take the benefits of it.

How Keywords Can Help Your Pay Per Click Advertising

by Brian Basch

A good list of keywords is vital for a successful pay per click campaign. You should be diligent in your research and attempt to find the best keywords. Try to compile a substantial list and leave no stone unturned to be successful.

Not sure how to do this? Suppose your basic keyword was "loan." Many people search for this word every day. However, lots of sites also use this word, making it difficult to rank well for it. The answer is to broaden your keyword scope.

Try to imagine all the ways that your base keyword can be searched for. When they type in "loans" a searcher can be looking for several things. It is important to put yourself in a searcher's mind set and understand how they are interpreting your keyword. Some ideas would be; "bad credit loan," "getting loan" etc.

These keywords are just a slight deviation from the base keyword. You can dig down and expand your scope. There are many varieties of loans available. You should combine these keywords with your first basic list and see all the options you will come up with, just from one base word.

You can also start a campaign made up of lenders names. Added to this you can put .com. a country extension or .net at the end of your keyword. It does not matter that there are no domains with that particular keyword; searchers will still use these domain style keywords and you will get some extra visitors.

Do not use saturated keywords that have a lot of competition bidding on them. Find specialized ones that are derived from the primary keyword. Also make different key phrases from one phrase; "loan bad credit" can be taken from "bad credit loan." Doing this will attract more searchers.

Campaigns and keywords can be created around the different search keywords that your potential buyers will be looking for. It is wise to try all sorts of different keywords and phrases as searchers can use a wide variety of keywords and phrases.

Think about using domain names, product and serial numbers, and even plurals and misspellings of words as a springboard for your keyword list. Think about eliminating spaces between words - this is a common typing mistake that results in a large number of searches.

Use company names and domain names, as well as variations on them. Think about using superlatives like "best" or "cheapest", and remember that there may be spelling variations in different countries.

Web logs are a good source of keywords. These will help you to discover the ones your visitors are using to get to your site.

A good keyword list is the foundation for a successful pay per click campaign. To ensure your success, explore all your options before you decide on the words you're going to target.

Starting a Blog Using PLR

You may well know that having a blog, you are going to add value to your website. Saying this you may not be all that much of a good writer, or maybe you do not have enough time to do it. Don't worry though, there is a way that you can get all the benefits of the blog without having to commit a lot to it.

With what is available online these days, you buy can anything from just one, to lots of sets of Private Label Rights articles to use as content for your blog posts.

Of course you are going to need to find PLR articles that will fit in with your niche and marketing ends but that should not be hard to do. The subjects covered by PLR articles are almost limitless.

After you have located and bought your set of PLR articles, you don't want to post them to your blog all at once. The best way to do it is to let them post in a steady trickle with maybe the odd few days in between. How often is really up to you, as long as it's only one at a time, and on a regular basis.

You could decide to post three times a week or only once, either is fine as long as you adhere to it. Once you have built up a good following of regular readers, they will continue to visit as long as there are some interesting posts to read.

You will probably want to individualise and change each PLR article before you post it to your blog, for two reasons. The first is to ensure you are posting original content.

PLR articles are meant to be changed and ideally you want your blog to be picked up by the search engines, in order for this to happen you should change at least between twenty and fifty percent of the article to make it new and in the context of how you would write, as if you were doing it from scratch. The second reason to change the PLR article is to make it blog friendly.

Almost all blog posts are sort of conversational in tone but not all private label rights articles are. This isn't difficult to do. The research and concept is already there, all you need to do is put it into other words or perhaps some bits of it at least.

You may actually like writing and might not want to use all PLR stuff, thats fine. If you do not want to use PLR as the sole source of your blog posts, they are still a convenient way to post on days or weeks when you don't have as much time or will be away.
